We hope you enjoy our Seaside Farmhouse with its cozy Seaside Farmhouse feel. With all new furniture & new amenities, we hope we have left you wanting for nothing. Just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or a good cup of coffee.
Only minutes from one of North Carolina’s finest beaches, & Wilmington’s famous Riverfront Boardwalk, our home is centrally located, near all a variety of restaurants, and only minutes from Mayfair and its fabulous upscale shopping. This is a wonderful place to unwind.
The space
This 1750 sf home boasts a Downstairs Master with King-size bed and new bath with walk in shower. Two bedrooms upstairs and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
All bedrooms have U4 TVs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a 40 inch charcoal grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5.
Guest access
The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warm summer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4. This area is fenced in for your privacy.

Site parking in front for two cars in dedicated spaces and one visitor space.

You may contact us with any questions, but this is your time and we respect this 100 percent.
Other things to note
The parking is right in front of the house with assigned parking in two spots with one additional visitor space.
All our pillows are hypoallergenic and in pillow encasements as are our mattress and box springs. We use the best hypoallergenic bed bug encasements for your protection.

Randy and Mary’s place is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect amount of space, extremely clean, ultra comfy beds, decorated beautifully throughout with thoughtful gestures of wine, water, chocolates, and coffee during your stay. Do yourself a favor and book this listing, you won’t regret it!
Cool, casual, and relaxing home. This house was extremely clean which is a big deal to me and my sisters. Randy and Mary took their time and went the extra mile in thoughtfulness with their Air bnb. Left chocolates at nightstands, coffee, teas, and even a bottle of wine. You feel right at home. Close to UNCW and downtown. Stayed here for the Wrightsville Beach marathon and this fit perfect for my trip.
This place was great. Spotlessly clean, well appointed. I appreciated the switches being labeled, the coffee pods, the laundry pods, and the complimentary bottle of wine (though we didn’t drink it).
This is a great place for a family of adults and children to stay. Very clean, very well appointed, everything very well labeled, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. If traveling in the area, I would stay here again.

Randy was an awesome host. Quick to respond, very kind and willing to accommodate. His house was awesomely clean, added extra stuff like soap, coffee, beer, wine for all of us. Amazing! For sure would recommend him if you go to Wilmington!
Randy and his space are GREAT! We enjoyed our space and honestly wanted to try and lock it down for months since we will be in the area all winter, unfortunately it was already partially booked. This place will not disappoint, best value for accommodations I’ve ever spent money on. It has EVERYTHING and is very very detailed and thoughtful for your stay. If you’re reading this and considering his space, just book it. You’ll love it.
We were in town for a yoga training weekend and could not have been happier having a welcoming place like Randy's to come home to in the evenings. It was very clean, exceptionally quiet, comfortable, and has some beautiful upgrades. Communication was also on point - Randy responded quickly to any questions we had, what we needed to do for check-in/check-out was very clear, and the home light switches were labeled (which I cannot tell you how nice that was!) Getting to where we needed to be from his place was also very easy with a few different route options. It was also close to great restaurants and other Wilmington landmarks. We highly recommend Randy's place for your stay in Wilmington.
The place was beautiful and Randy was an amazing host! The place was spotless and the beds were all so comfortable we now want to order them for at home! There were plenty of towels and extra supplies for us which you could tell had extra thought behind them which made our stay so much easier with a small child. The townhouse is located in a great location and is convenient to most of the areas we visited. I would stay here again in a heat beat if ever in the area. Randy went above and beyond to accommodate our changing schedule and did so graciously.
